How do I remove the email header an Excel toolbar?
This morning the email header (to, from, subject, intro) suddenly appeared in
one of my most-used Excel spread sheets. It takes up a lot of screen space, and I don't want it there. Neither View, Customize, or Options does anything to help, though when the Customize dialog box is open, the email header vanishes only to reappear when I close the box. |

Click
File|Send To|Mail Recipient It's difficult to notice, but that icon is depressed--you can click it again to toggle off the envelope. graymatter606 wrote: This morning the email header (to, from, subject, intro) suddenly appeared in one of my most-used Excel spread sheets. Thanks Dave. I couldn't locate the icon you were referring to, but it
happened to occur to me that the offending email header was only present when MS Outlook was open. When I closed it the "envelope" disappeared. Strangely, the email header aka envelope was not present on any of the other spread sheets. But thanks again.
