I have seen other spreadsheets like this, but don't know how to do it. I
want the following: CISTERNOGRAM 341DIAG CISTERNOGRAM 78630 340NUC INJECTION OF MAT(CISTERNOGRAM) 62311 369APEC to be able to collapse (with the arrow on left side like the joined information in a dbase) and appear: + CISTERNOGRAM (EXP CODE) 341DIAG so that when I click in the arrow, it will expand to show the first view. Thank you for any help you can give me. |

When you use Data | Subtotals you can select different levels of detail
to view, and this may be what you have seen - Excel uses an "Outline" to do this. For further details of how to set this up in different circumstances use Excel Help and search for outline. Hope this helps. Pete |
