column headings on page bottom
I would like to print my worksheets so that the column letters appear on the
top of the page and again on the bottom of my page so when I am viewing a hard copy I know what data belongs in the specific lettered column. I have looked in footers and print options. Can this be done? I appreciate any help! |

You could insert a row at the top of your spreadsheet and put "A", "B",
"C" etc in the columns. Then in File | Page Setup | Sheet (tab) you can identify row(s) which you want to repeat at the top of each printed page. There is not an option to repeat these at the bottom of each page. However, printing the gridlines, or just putting borders around each column would help you to line the columns up more easily. Hope this helps. Pete |

On that same tab (File|Page Setup|Sheet tab), there's an option to print both
row and column headings. This won't print the column headings at the bottom (column Footers???), but might be easier than populating an extra row.
