I need a template to help with sorting/deductions for tax recepts

I am a realtor and also have some rental properties, I need a template that
will help me with sorting and adding reciets for my tax return. I need a
simplier way to do this....Thanks in advance for any help....Anna

Wouldn't Quicken or MS Money be a better choice here?
