Password protection of files
Is there a way to password protect Excel files so that they cannot even be
viewed. The standard password protection only seems to protect the file from being changed. I would like sensitive worksheets i.e. payroll files, from being viewed at all. Any help appreciated. |

Polyprod, you can set a password to open the file, to change the file you
have, file, save as, select tools, general options, save options, enter password to open confirm password and OK out. -- Paul B Always backup your data before trying something new Please post any response to the newsgroups so others can benefit from it Feedback on answers is always appreciated!
