Printing worksheet not the same across the board
I have 3 users that had problems with the way excel files were printing once
the page had been set up. I have fixed the problem between 2 users and thought that took care of all. Now the 3rd user is still having problems. User A would set up the spreadsheet which meant creating specific margins and such. User B would then print said spreadsheet but margins would be off, therefore she would have to reset the margins. Well, User A wouldn't be able to print correctly with those margins. Using the same printer but different driver versions. Took care of that. User C wound up printing what should have been 1 page onto 4 pages. I could have sworn he had the same driver version. Nope. I got the correct one installed. Should be all good and dandy now, right? Still no. User C is still off somewhat. He is using the same printer, driver and even the same version of Office as User A at least. Is that ANYTHING else I can check? Once the spreadsheet is saved with the correct margins for a specific printer and driver, anyone printing to the same printer with the same driver should be able to print the same without having to reset anything. Right? This is going to drive me nuts! Thanks, Rose |

Personally, I'd give up.
I'd just format the margins to the worst case so that it prints in all cases. Rose wrote: I have 3 users that had problems with the way excel files were printing once the page had been set up.
