Column headings

The nomal identifiacation on the column headings are ALPHABETIC.

When i opened this particular workbook, the Columns are now NUMERIC.

How can i change this back?

Too hard to do formula.

Tools|options|General tab|uncheck the R1C1 Reference style box.
