Any utility for joining two or more Excel or CVS files

Hi
i am relatively new to Excel, but i was wondering if there was a utility,
macro or whatever to join two or more Excel files (of exactly same
structure). I am currently cutting and pasting them together, but it is oh,
so tedious!

If you have both workbooks open and visible in the same Excel window,
you can drag a sheet from one book into the window of the other book,
effectively moving it in its entirety from one file to the other. Is
this what you mean by joining the files together?

Hope this helps.

Here's another question?
We have a worksheet with data like a check book register. We would
like to be able to merge data into it. We download the second bit of
data from online into a CSV file.
Is there a way to combine the two, thereby deleting the first entry and
keeping the second one?

Thanks
Noreen

Could you give a few examples of what the data looks like in both
sheets, and exactly how you want to combine them (add, subtract,
replace?)?
