Create a new file with the footer in it, and save it as book.xlt in your
XLSTART directory. Close Excel and reopen. The blank file should have the footer. ************ Hope it helps! Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com "Frank Younger" <Frank wrote in message ... It worked like a charm. I also set the default number format that I like to
use in the file and that appears in the new file each time as well. Incredibly helpful. Thanks!
