Default Can default footers be set in Excel?

I want all my new worksheets to default to a footer that includes the path
and file name. How can I accomplish that in Excel?

Create a new file with the footer in it, and save it as book.xlt in your
XLSTART directory. Close Excel and reopen. The blank file should have the
footer.

It worked like a charm. I also set the default number format that I like to
use in the file and that appears in the new file each time as well.
Incredibly helpful. Thanks!
