I have a user that is complaing that randomly when opening an Excel file on a
Windows 2003 Server (Running Citrix MetaFrame XPe) they receive a fault,
Excel closes and then reopens the file fine. It does not happen every time
and it has occured with many different Excel files.

This is the error in the event log:
