How can I set the tab to improve navigation in Excel?

I've got a big database in which I sometimes have to enter data in a series
of columns, but sometimes I skip over those columns altogether. Is there a
way to design it so that I can tab directly to the columns I need if I'm not
going to be working in one place. For example, could I set it to
automatically jump to AB2 if I were in F1 but didn't need to mess with the
stuff in between?

Thanks

Could you just (temporarily) hide the columns you don't want to see.

Remember to show them before you close the file--don't scare your co-workers!
