How do I operate microsoft excel,word and access
 

Could you be a little bit more specific.
Do you mean that you don't know how to install it (normally a case of
putting the CD in the drive and waiting for the set-up screen to appear and
following instructions)
Or that icons don't appear on your desktop
Or when you double click Excel, Word or Access files nothing happens
Or the programs don't appear in the start Menu
