Help with a Macro
 

Hi,

Currently looking for a simple macro that will type the number 1 and shift down a cell and continue to do so each time the macro is pressed, hoping this is possible sorry if it is not, relatively new to Excel and macros.

But wouldn't it be just as easy to type 1 then ENTER?

There must be more to this than what you describe.
