Excel 2000 Cannot find Outlook 2003
My company recently upgraded to MS Exchange 2003. Shipped with the software
is Outlook 2003. My users still use Excel 2000. When they click on the email button on the toolbar, Excel responds, "Exchange could not start the email program. Check your network connection. Make sure Office is installed, your e-mail program is set up correctly and you can connect to your e-mail server." Before the upgrade to Outlook 2003, Excel was able to handle this task from Outlook 2002. Is this an unavoidable by-product of upgrading Outlook, or is there a resolution to this very inconvenient issue? -- Frank M Hilton Head Island, SC |
