how to repeat rows at the bottom while using the rows repeat at to

im working on a big documents which i want the rows to repeat at top and at
the same time i want the rows to repeat at bottom, i can do it in header and
footer but the rows i want to repeat at top and bottom has a column...how
should i do that. Please someone help me.

Excel doesn't have a feature like this.
