How to Remove forgotton password for Excel Workbook?
 

Hi,

Im trying to unprotect a workbook to allow me change worksheets names etc.
Password has being forgotton by user.tried change password in general options
under file-save as but this has not worked when i got to unprotect it says
wrong password? Can anyone help with this PLEASE? thanks in advance

hi,
xl security is not that great. there are a number of third party software
packages that will crack xl passwords.
