How do I set up a 3 year business plan for a new company justific
I want an impessive spreadsheet with sales, operating costs incl. labour,
general overheads, transport etc showing projected profit. |
You should look at Exl-Plan at <www.planware.org/exlplan.htm for a
fully-integrated spreadsheet based financial planner with projected income statements, cashflows and balances. For a business plan, you should generate cashflow forecasts and projected balance sheets in addition to profit projections. In many ways cashflow forecasts are more important than the profit projections as more (new) businesses fail for lack cash than for want of profit. Read more about cashflow forecasting at <www.planware.org/cashflow.htm.
