Reference to Question "Page Breaks"
Maybe I used the wrong terminology. In 2003 Office by clicking page breaks
a dotted line was displayed on the worksheet that represented the dimensions
of the margins of the selected paper i.e. A4; thus I was able to move columns
and rows to suit that size paper.

This is what I seek to achieve in 2007 Office.

You would click on the View tab. Then on the left, select Page Break
Preview. It works exactly like in 2003.
