decrease the viewing area / not scroll billions of rows/columns

When the worksheet was created, the user scrolled over the row/column to
format (highlighted all of row 5, for example).
I want to make an 'end' to the rows/columns.
In that example, I could scroll out to column ZZ, and row 5 would still be
highlighted.
Same goes if he highlighted and framed column C....I could scroll down to
line 22,456 and column C would still be highlighted and framed.
How do I get rid of all the excess?
For this, I only need columns A through Z, and rows 1 through 100.

Click in the little block to the left of A and above 1, to select te entire
sheet. Now select highlight as None, and frames as none.

After this ,select the area you want highlighted and framed, and select
highlight and frame of your choice.

Hide the rows and columns you don't want to see or use.
