Inserting an Excel file

Excel 2003

At present I have two Excel files A & B
B has about 15 sheets with data and A has about 10 sheets with data
Some of the ranges or cells in A are linked to cells in the sheets of B,
to get their data.
I want to merge the two files into one, to make life easier.
How can I do it to:
- retain formatting in all of the sheets
- and to retain the links from the sheets in A to their locations in B

Thanks
Doug

Inserting an Excel file

1. Open BOTH workbooks
2. Take each sheet in Book A and Copy it to Book B
3. Save the newly expanded Book B
