I've lost 'Add-Ins' from the 'Tools' dropdown

A program I installed changed my 'Tools' menu to another name. In attempting
to rebuild the 'Tools' dropdown I've lost the 'Add-Ins' selection. Any help
would be appreciated.

How about resetting that toolbar?

Tools|Customize|toolbars tab
select worksheet menubar
click the reset button.

(Any other changes to that toolbar will need to be recreated.)
