How to get excel2007 toolbars to look classic like excel2003?

Is there a way to get excel2007 to look like earlier excels since I know
exactly where to go, e.g. adjust colum size, sort data, text to columns
converstion, etc.

Firstly there is a guide to finding the commands:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/he...491511033.aspx

Secondly there is paid add in software to do what you want
http://www.addintools.com/english/menuexcel/

There is also at least one freeware. can't track it down yet, which
recreates the menu structure on the add-ins tab -
not quite as good but free! Hopefully someone can come up with the
free add-in here.
