UEExcel and Word and PPT will not boot correctly
 

xDue to complications when I created a new profile for work, Escel, PPT and
Word from my Office Ultimate 2007 stopped working properly. I never gt beyone
the Configuring screen when I try to start them. Other Office programs start
just fine.

I have rebooted, repaired, uinstalled and reinstalled. Nothing seems to
work. Some file is corrupted and keeps sending me to the configuring screen
and the ultimate reboot.

I also noticed something strange in options. A lot of the entries are in
some form of Chinese - I can't get any changes to stick.

Is there any way I can COMPLETELY wipe Office and do a clean reinstall?
