Creating a document to assist with municipal codes
 

I am looking into formating ideas in helping out with covering municipal
codes to simplify the review process.

I'm thinking something basic, along the lines of presenting a question
regarding a particular municipal code and using a menu to select 'Yes' or
'No'. The answer would result in enabling or disabling areas of the document
depending on relevancy.

The idea is to take the main point of each code section and boiling it down,
then showing what you need to do next.

If anyone has examples, advice or other groups/sites that you could
recommend, that would really help me out.
