How do you change the color of the drop down button on filtering?

I'm having difficulties distinguishing between the blue and black on
filtering and want to change the color of the drop down button so it stands
out. Is there a way to change the color so you know what colum you are
currently filtered on?

Debra Dalgleish has a sample workbook with event code to color the header
of the filtered column.

FL0014 - Colour Filter Headings -- Event code colours the filtered column
headings, when an AutoFilter is applied. FilterColour.zip 9 kb 15-Apr-05
