How do I change default settings to page break preview

In excel (Office 2000) I have customised my tool bar to include a "Page break
preview" button - the default setting for this button is 60%. - how do I
change this to 100%.

Assign this macro to the button.

Sub BreakView()
ActiveWindow.View = xlPageBreakPreview
ActiveWindow.Zoom = 100
End Sub
