My arrow keys move the spread sheet insted moving between cells
 

Suddenly when I use the arrow keys on the keyboard the sheet shift with the
keys instead of moving from one cell to another.

I remember having this problem with all excells and usally I have reboot
every time.

Try hitting the Scroll Lock key on your keyboard.
