Comment Default Format
 

I can't see how to change the default behaviour when a new Comment is started.
I want the default format for a new comment to be a different font face and
font size.

You can change the default font size only........

Right-click on the desktop, and choose Properties
On the Appearance tab, click Advanced.
From the Item dropdown, choose Tooltip
Choose a font Size, click OK, click OK

To change font type you need VBA code
