winners. Want to have begin and end counter and percentage of wins.

you need to define your requirement more - what are your inputs [ manually ]
and what are your outputs ?

I have 10 games that have 2 counters. 1 counter tracks tokens played. 1
counter tracks tickets given. I will do weekly readings of the counts and
subtract from original count to determine # of tickets dispensed(won) and #of
tokens inserted. I want to somehow calculate how the machines are doing. I
want to see the difference from one week to another in both areas. I also
want to figure the payout percentage. For instance if one machine pays out
alot of tickets for relatively few tokens, the machine is "too generous" I
want to see how each machine ranks in several categories such as most coins
in. Most winnable.
I have tried a simple spreadsheet that does subtraction of the beginning
count and current count and enter the difference in a column with today's
date. However, when I do the next count, and enter new numbers, yesterday's
difference in its own column changes to reflect todays count. I want to be
able to retain yesterday's difference so that I can see the busiest days
etc... I am also interested in percentages such as percentage of payout. I
have spent countless time online trying to search for freeware or a template
but no luck. Am new at my job and need to get this going ASAP. Any help
greatly appreciated.
