Don't always go to the "Clipart" folder when import graphics into.

Don't have Excel/Mac 2004, by default, always go to the "Clipart" directory.
I wouldn't mind if that were for the first import, but then, have Excel
record the directory of the last successful import and make that the
beginning folder for subsequent imports.
