How do I change the Excel 2007 default Page Setup parameters?

I want to change the default Page Setup parameters in Excel 2007. For
example, I want the default orientation to be Landscape and the default
scaling to be 'Fit to [1 ] page wide by [ ] tall'. I also want the
default left/right margins to be .25 inches and in the Sheet tab I want the
defaults set to print gridlines and row/column headings.
