finding buttons that should appear in toolbar
 

Dear all,

I hope this message finds you well. I am having an issue regarding buttons
in the toolbar. Our office is using excel in conjunction with another
program called X-Trader from Trading Technologies. For everybody in the
office, when we open excel, two buttons related to Trading Technologies
automatically appear in excel toolbar. However, for one person, the two
buttons don't appear.

With everybody else, after selecting View - Toolbars - XTAPI, the buttons
can appear. However, with this one individual, XTAPI does not appear in the
View - Toolbars.

Does anybody have any idea how to resolve this?
