Control toolbox unavailable
 

I am creating a chart. The chart is on the screen. On the bottom right I
need to add a combo box. However, the control toolbox is not available. All
the buttons are greyed out. Checked the toolbar--Control Toolbox is
checked. I looked in help and your FAQ. Nothing about the Control Toolbox
just not working. We are using a template from another spreadsheet. It is
called "scroll bar 2". If you right click on it, here are the menu options:
Cut
Copy
Paste
Grouping
Order
Assign Macro
Format Control

The owner of the spreadsheet thought he remembered adding this "scroll bar
2" by control toolbox. Let me know if you want a print screen or other

Try a combobox from the forms toolbar.
