How to link a url to the work sheet

I have a link which I received via outlook mail daily.

This is the link I receive daily with changing dates on daily. Date format
is mm-dd-yyyy.

This link I need to link with the excel sheet and start working on the
macros which I have built in the excel.

Kindly let me know how to do.
