I'm sorry for this newbie,
'i have an excel sheet with 5 column and 1000 row
'how can i copy the row with value "product" on colum B(productcolumn)
to row 50, 100, 150, ... and new value "nextp" to colum E(ATTN COLUMN)
'in this column, have also another value named "articel", some articel
have less than 9 row
'and how can i insert new row artikel below this < 9 row articel?(the
articel must greater than 9)
'this is my tabel
'no name height width attn
'1 product 1 1
'2 articel 1 1
'3 articel 1 1
'4 packing 1 1

Adding headers isn't usually a good idea. It can mess up sorts and filters and
other stuff.

Instead of copying the headers, maybe you could do this instead:

To always view the header:
Select A1 (so that the headers are visible visible)
select A2
window|Freeze panes.

Now when you scroll up/down, you'll always see row 1.

To print the headers on each piece of paper.
File|Page setup|sheet tab
in the rows to repeat at top, type 1:1

(do file|Print preview to check to see if it worked)
