PAGE SETUP LEFT MARGIN WON'T ALLOW ME TO REST TO ZERO

Excel 2003 workbook is not allowing me to change the left margin to anything
smaller than 0.62. Each time I go thru Page Setup - Margin - Left and reset
to zero or some other value < 0.62 - nothing happens. I have cleared the
print area, attempted to move the margin using the Margin setting icon/cursor
- still no luck. Any thoughts?
