Default Cell (Border Only) Protection

How do I protect the border (format) of a cell? Is it possible? I'm
currently using Excel 2002.

Thanks.

Make sure the desired cell is locked (FormatCellsProtection) then
protect the worksheet (ToolsProtectionProtect Sheet...) you may add
password security if desired (not necessary).

Good Luck
