Be aware that =TODAY() is volatile......in that if you put it in a file
today, and save the file. When you open the file again it will read the date on the day you open it, not the date it was originally put in the file. Hold the Ctrl key and press the semicolon key to get a date-stamp that will be today, and stay the way you set it no matter when the file is opened again.
