Can I download Active X for Office 2000? How?

I am still using Microsoft Windows 98. Also use Microsoft Office 2000. Doing
a tutorial which offers access to a practice worksheet but I need to download
Active x. Unable to do so. I established office.microsoft.com as a trusted
site but when I clicked to download Active x nothing happened. Any
suggestions?

Thanks,
Karen

Not sure what you mean. What should I type into Google? I am preparing for
an important meeting so this helps.
