i would like to know how to remove or delete something from micro
 
by accident because i couldnt open an attachment on my email i somehow saved
it to microsoft excel and now i cant get rid of it.so still cant open my
attachment which shuld be opened in windows media player

If the file is saved to your hard drive, can you right click on it, select
properties and change the program it opens with to windows media player?

So you deleted the email right after you saved the file, if not save it as a
media file
Btw, what happens when you try to delete the file?
