Record Counting in Excel?

Hi!

I have an Access Database with over 10,000 records that I've exported into
Excel. My objective is to group and count the occurances of records' results
from this raw data.

If you could give me formulas & steps to get this result I would be grateful.

Use a Pivot Table. Help is a good place to start....
