help panel won't go away after saving a practice sheet
 

While taking a turorial in Excel I saved and renamed a Practice session
worksheet. Now every time I open the worksheet it also pops open the Practice
panel that was displayed along with the practice session. I close it each
time....is there a way to stop the Practice panel from opening every time I
open the file?
