Is there a simply way to convert a decimal angle in dec/min/sec in Excel 2000?

One way:

If you just want to display the results:

=TEXT(A1/24,"hh° mm' ss\""")

If you want to calculate with the results:

=A1/24

format with Format/Cells/Number/Custom hh° mm' ss\"
