Change date format

Hi,
I have tried to change a norweigian date format into swedish without luck.
Any suggestions?
Current date format 20.01.06
Would like to have 2006-01-20

Change date format

If you enter 20 January 2006 in a cell and format it as dd.mm.yy you will see
20.01.06

If you format as yyyy-mm-dd you will see 2006-01-20
