Default PLEASE HELP!!

Im trying to make invoices but I dont know how to make it Automatically
increment the invoice number by one in microsoft excell, Can I save all the
invoices? and when I need them can I just look it up by the number? can some
one HELP ME im New on computers but if some one can help I will appreciate it.

I Downloaded the template that I want allready.
