How do I embed a pictures to a excell spreadsheet cell
 

I am trying to link a picture to a cell so when I do a v-lookup on another
sheet it will pull the picture to the new sheet.

You can't "pull" an object to a new sheet without a macro, but you may
be able to use an alternative technique:
