formula requirement

In g10 I will have one of four answers:
it could be 1 to 5
6 to 10
11 to 15
16 to 20
If the answer sd 1 to 5 I want the response to be "a"
should the answer in G10 between 11 and 15 I want to return "c"
Will someone please help with the foluma.
