我自己刚才已经找到原*。
在Excel数据菜单里面有一个有效 性设置，其*设置成序列，就 以将某单元*的输入限定在一定的范 内了。

I already found the reason a moment ago. "The data" inside the menu has in
Excel "the validity" the establishment, in which establishes "the sequence",
was allowed to define some unit standard input in the certain scope.
