how do i import pictures that i have designed from word into excel

In the word document, right click the picture and select copy. In the
spreadsheet right click any cell and select paste

Under the Insert menu, choose Picture, then choose From File...you'll be
able to browse to the folder where you stored the picture you created.
Wherever you have your cursor on the spreadsheet is where the picture
will be placed.
