Might look like this:
Name,Address,City Anne Troy,34 South 3rd Street,Quakertown M. Trend,123 Happy Street,Philadelphia Mickey Mouse,16 Pluto Lane,Orlando But, when you open a CSV (which defaults to Excel as the application of choice on most machines that HAVE Excel), each comma tells it where a new "column" begins. So this would create a 3-column Excel file, with data in columns A, B, and C. ************ Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com "mtrend" wrote in message ... Can someone please explain, in laymen's terms, what comma deliniated is? |
